Conference on "Plant Engineering of the Future"
The industry will meet in Magdeburg's Maritim Hotel on March 6 and 7, 2008 for the conference on "Plant Engineering of the Future".
The plant engineering industry will gather at the Maritim Hotel in Magdeburg for the conference on "Plant Engineering of the Future" on March 6 and 7, 2008. The conference is held biannually – it’s time again in 2008 – and is being organized this time by the Fraunhofer IFF, FASA and, for the first time, Wirtschaftsinitiative Mitteldeutschland. The partners VDMA and VCI are actively involved in the program. The conference on "Plant Engineering of the Future" has become a permanent feature in the event calendar. Academics, researcher, industry reps and politicians gather and discuss new trends and prospects for chemical and power plant engineering, focusing on the benefits of virtual engineering for project planning, engineering, qualification and dependable plant operation. The conference will present Applications from the innovation cluster VIDET (Virtual Development, Engineering and Training), which vividly demonstrate how virtual reality shortens and facilitates the development of new plants. An accompanying professional exhibition will inform attendees about innovative technologies and applications. Contact to highly qualified students of process or mechanical engineering for instance can be established at the exchange for young professionals. Conference Fee
The conference fee of € 495.00 covers attendance of all presentations, the volume of proceedings, snacks and refreshments during breaks and the evening event.
Discounted conference fee (FASA members): € 425.00.
Discounted conference fee (early registrants by January 15, 2008): € 445.00.
Cancellation fee (after February 15, 2008): € 100.00 .
Terms of payment will be included in the bill you will receive along with the confirmation of your registration .
